📦 Shipping Costs

We aim to keep our shipping as fair and transparent as possible.

Our current shipping charge is £3.55, which reflects the actual cost of Royal Mail 48 postage. We do not make a profit on shipping — in many cases, we actually absorb part of the cost to ensure your order is delivered safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.

We do not charge for:

  • Packaging materials

  • Protective wrapping

  • Labels or handling costs

All of this is included at no extra charge.

Please note: shipping prices may change without notice if postal costs increase.

🚚 Delivery Method

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 48, which typically aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

⏳ Postal Delays

While we always dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays within the postal system, as these are outside of our control once the item has been handed to Royal Mail.

That said:

  • If you experience a delay and get in touch, we’ll do our best to help

  • Upon request, we can check tracking, provide updates, and assist where possible
